Meet the chefs


craigCraig has cooked under well-known Seattle chefs Barbara Figueroa, Chris Keff and Greg Atkinson as well as at the School for American Chefs under Chef Madeleine Kamman at Beringer Winery in Napa Valley.


Kristina has created desserts for Chefs Kerry Sear, Thierry Rautureau and Chris Keff. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY for culinary arts and received her pastry training at the Four Seasons Olympic.


“We are committed to providing the neighborhoods of Northeast Seattle with a comfortable, familiar, neighborhood restaurant. Our customers will enjoy the hospitality and hand crafted meals of two chefs with many years of experience in a wide variety of Seattle restaurants. We delight in sharing our love of food and our investment in this community.

“We chose the Sand Point Grill because of its neighborhood connection, its great customers and its comfortable feel. We intend to honor its many regular customers and look forward to getting to know them and this restaurant they’ve called home for the last 11 years.

Craig and Kristina live in the neighborhood and have two young boys just starting school. They have always known they would have their own restaurant some day and are excited to have found the Sand Point Grill.
